A very simple and easy recipe of baked fish that doesn't call for much preparation. Just pound the seasoning and apply it to fish and bake.
Baked Masala Fish Ingredients
Pomfret fish 1
Onions (chopped) 2
Cloves of garlic 6
Ginger (ground) 1" piece
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 4
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Baked Masala Fish Cooking Directions
Pound all ingredients together except fish and oil.
In a greased baking dish, put an even layer of half of the spice.
Lay the cleaned fish over it.
Cover with remaining spice and sprinkle with oil.
Bake till done and serve hot.
