Fish Biscuit - Fish Biscuit or fish stick. A great snack, side dish and appetizer. Fish fillet are just dipped in prepared batter and fried. Serve crispy fish biscuit with tartar sauce and french fried or salad.
Fish Biscuit Ingredients
- Fish fillets 300 gm
- Plain flour for dusting 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Plain flour for batter 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Fish Biscuit Cooking Directions

Cut fish into square pieces.

In a bowl, mix plain flour, corn flour, beaten egg, salt to taste and black pepper.

Beat together all these ingredients until it forms a batter of desired consistency.

Coat fish pieces in flour and dip in the batter.

Heat oil in a wok and fry fish pieces.

Fish Biscuits are ready to serve.
