Seasoned fish filling is stuffed in parval, sealed with kneaded dough and fried. Enjoy with rice and tomato chutney.
Fish Stuffed Parval Ingredients
Whole fish 1
Parval 1/2 kg
Red chillies 6
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Onion 3
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
Fish Stuffed Parval Cooking Directions
Apply 1/2 the quantity of the ground red chillies, turmeric powder and salt on the fish and leave for sometime.
Then boil the fish and remove all the bones.
Grind onions and fry in oil till slightly browned.
Add the flaked fish, remaining ground red chillies, turmeric powder, salt and a pinch of sugar.
Cook till fish is tender and dry.
Cut out the top from the parvals and scoop out the insides.
Fill them with the fish mixture and seal with a little kneaded dough of the flour on top.
Fry stuffed parvals on a low flame till cooked.
