Olive Pan Fish - Extremely yummy fish recipe. You will love the delicious coating of batter and olives. Serve olive pan fish with garlic mayo.
Olive Pan Fish Ingredients
Fish fillet as required (cut into 3-4 inch pieces)
Flour (maida) 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely sliced green olives 1/2 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Olive Pan Fish Cooking Directions
In a bowl mix flour, corn flour, whisked egg, salt, black pepper and mix well to make batter.
Dip the fish in the batter and leave for 10 minutes.
Coat the fish with sliced olives.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish in it.
Cook from both sides and serve hot.
