You may eat many meaty dishes made with whole spices but this dish has enormous flavor. Because Fish is prepared in this recipe. Fish in whole spices is a great meal with roti or naan.
Kharay Masalay ki Machli (Fish with Whole Spices) Ingredients
- Fish 2 piece
- Garlic 2 clove
- Whole red chili 6
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger 1 piece (chopped)
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
Kharay Masalay ki Machli (Fish with Whole Spices) Cooking Directions

Heat oil in pan.

Add salt, fennel seeds, carom seeds, cumin seeds, cloves of garlic, whole red chilies and whole coriander, fry well.

Now add fish fillet and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add beaten yogurt and tamarind pulp.

Cook till water dries.

Garnish with chopped ginger, sprinkle chaat Masala and serve.
