Chicken Finger Toast Ingredients
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Salt & pepper as taste
- Garlic & ginger paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice ½ tsp
- Bread slice 5
- Eggs 3
- Un- toasted bread crumbs 250 gm
- Frying oil ½ liter
Chicken Finger Toast Cooking Directions

Marinade chicken mince with garlic & ginger, lemon juice and egg.

Cut sides (edge)of bread slices.

Spread the chicken mince paste on the bread slices.

Cut the slices in three equal finger shapes.

Beat two eggs in a bowl, dip chicken finger into the eggs, and coat with un-toasted bread properly.

Heat up oil in wok or deep frying pan on medium heat.

Drop one by one chicken finger in the hot oil to fry.

Fry till they turn to golden brown color.

Remove from the oil. Serve it hot & crispy.
