Lets blend in fruit chaat and chickpea chaat and enjoy a completely new, flavorful and juicy chaat. A lovely combination of fruits are mixed with boiled chickpeas and potatoes.
Mix Fruit Chaat Ingredients
- Apples 2
- Banana 4
- Grapes 1 cup
- Guava 3
- Pomegranate 1
- Potato 1 (peeled, cubed and boiled)
- Chick peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Chaat Spice 1 tsp
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Cumin ½ tsp (roasted and crushed)
- Salt ½ tsp
- Orange juice 1 cup
Mix Fruit Chaat Cooking Directions

Cut all the fruits in small cubes.

Add lemon juice, orange juice, grapes, pomegranate, caster sugar, salt, black pepper, chaat spice, cumin and boiled chickpeas and potato, mix well.

Chill for a few hours before serving.
