Moong Ki Daal Ki Chaat (Yellow Lentils Chaat) Ingredients
Fried yellow lentils nimkoo 1 packet
Onions 2 (chopped)
Green chilies 2 (chopped)
Potatoes 2 (boiled)
Somosa sheets 4 (fried)
Lemon 6
Mint leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
Cottage Cheese 1 packet
Chaat spice as required
Black pepper 1 tsp (powder)
Red chili 1 tsp (powder)
Salt as required
Moong Ki Daal Ki Chaat (Yellow Lentils Chaat) Cooking Directions
In bowl add the fried lentils, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, chopped mint leaves and boiled potatoes. Mix well.
Now add the black pepper and red chili powder along with the lemon juice.
In a serving platter spread a layer of fried lentils.
Add the cubed cottage cheese, fried somosa sheets and finally the potato mixture.
Mong Daal Chaat is ready to serve.
