This tasty potato soup is rich and creamy, and is a great to serve with garlic bread, on a cold winter day.
Potato Soup Ingredients
- Chicken (boiled and shredded) 1 cup
- Chicken stock 4-5 cups
- Carrots 2
- Sweet corns 1 cup
- Potatoes (boiled) 5-6
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chicken cubes 4
- Spring onions (green part) chopped 1/2 cup
- Cream (optional) to taste
Potato Soup Cooking Directions

Blend potatoes and milk.

In a pan put chicken stock, carrot, chicken cubes, sweet corns.

Add blended potato mixture in the pan.

Add some chopped spring onions only green part.

Add salt an black pepper let it cook.

Garnish with cream.
