Well if you have a large dinner party, or want to satisfy some difficult tastebuds then try this very tasty dish.
Red Roast Chicken Ingredients
- Chicken 1 Whole
- Cumin Seed (Roasted + Ground) 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander (Roasted + Ground) 1tbsp
- Red Chillies 3 Big or Whole Chilies (ground) 5
- Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon 2
- Salt To Taste
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Red Roast Chicken Cooking Directions
Roast and grind cumin seed, coriander seed and red chillies.
Wash chicken put vinegar, black pepper,paprika, cumin, coriander, lemon, salt and ketchup leave for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan put marinated chicken cover and cook from both sides.
Leave little gravy in it.
Garnish with slice of lemon and green chillies.
Serve with parathas.
