A delicious recipe of Salted Meat (Namkeen Gosht). This is a very simple and tasty recipe to try out when you know you have limited time in the kitchen, all you need to do is prepare the marination a night before.
Salted Meat (Namkeen Gosht) Ingredients
Chicken (leg pieces) 4
Salt 1.5 tsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
Butter as required
Salted Meat (Namkeen Gosht) Cooking Directions
Marinate chicken leg pieces with salt, papaya paste and food color.
Leave for marination overnight for best results.
Now put the chicken in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
In between baking, take them out in mid time and brush with butter.
You can also cook them on coal fire (instead of oven).
