Steam Roast Chicken Ingredients
Chicken breast fillets
Eggs 2
Ajinomoto 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2tsp
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Steam Roast Chicken Cooking Directions
In a bowl put eggs, ajinomoto, baking powder, mustard paste, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, flour and salt.
Mix well and make a thick batter, dip chicken in it.
Steam chicken: take a large sieve and one large utensil of boiling water.
Place the sieve on top of the boiling water pan.
Make sure water should not enter into the sieve, flame should be high.
Now put chicken fillet into sieve and cover it with a lid let it steam for 15 minutes.
Steam roast chicken is ready to serve.
Serve hot with sauces and salad.
