Chicken Brinjal Oven Style Ingredients
Brinjal/Eggplant 2 (cut into round shape, 2 inch pieces)
Grated Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
For Paste:
Chicken breast 300 gram
Onion paste of 1
Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Thyme and oregano 1/2 tsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chicken Brinjal Oven Style Cooking Directions
Cut the brinjal and make a small curve in the pieces to fill the paste.
Combine all ingredients of paste and chop in a chopper machine.
When paste is ready, place on the brinjal pieces.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degree.
Takeout when golden brown and serve.
